Energy Techniques

Personal growth and healing happens on many levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. For the most effective experience, Penny uses a combination of energy techniques to help clients achieve their goals.

As a certified Reiki Master, Penny offers traditional Usui Reiki - a Japanese technique administered by channeling energy that comes from a higher power. The energy is channeled through Penny and then received by the client. Penny began studying Reiki in 2004, and became a Reiki Master in 2006. Penny also offers kundalini reiki which is an effective energy technique when concentrating on specific areas of concern.

Another energy technique that Penny practices is Johrei. Johrei is a manifestation of divine energy that can be transmitted through one individual to another for spiritual cleansing. As the spiritual body is cleansed, the mind and body are also uplifted and attuned to spiritual truth. When received repeatedly, it can result in significant benefits; physical and mental, as well as alleviate conflict and emotional distress.

During an energy session, Penny allows the higher vibration energy to flow through her to the client directing the energy with her hands. While the client need not do or believe anything specifically, in order to clear any blockages that she may sense, Penny will often talk the client through them or use visualization techniques.
